Private Policy Statement

This policy specifically addresses the Company’s obligations in respect of the data privacy laws of the
Australia which is one of the most developed data protection regimes worldwide. The Company believes
the principles embedded in the Ordinance offer no less protection in personal data privacy than those in
other jurisdictions.

Personal Data

dot2dot Printing keeps personal details of its customers on file such as names, addresses, ID numbers,
telephone numbers, account numbers, payment details and information relating to design consumption
and billing, together with other information which may be necessary for the provision of the Company’s
services.
The Company’s web servers may also collect data relating to your online session, the use of which is to
provide aggregated, annoymous, statistical information on the server’s usage so that the Company may
better mett the demands and expectations of visitors to its sites. The type of data may include, but is not
limited to:
1) The browser type and version
2) Operating system
3) The IP address and/ or domain name
4) The web page that you may have linked to us from
5) the product identifier for Version and Make of browser
6) The Operating System platform that you may be running
7) Search Words or Terms that are passed from a Search Engine

Purpose

The purposes for which data may be used include:
1) the daily operation of the Company’s services
2) conducting customer, product and service surveys
3) direct marketing of products and services
4) handing customer complaints and enquiries
5) making disclosure under the requirements of any law applicable
6) any other directly related matters.
Without such data, the Company may not be able to provide services to its customers.

Trander of Personal Data

Personal data of customers held by the Company will be kept confidential but the Company may provide
such information to:
1) subsidiaries and associated companies within the Company’s group ( e.g. supplier)
2) any agent, contractor or third party service provider who provides ervices to the group in connection
with the operation of the Company’s business
3) the media (only in relation to the handling of customer complaints and enquiries referred to the
Company by the media)
4) any person to whom the group is under an obligation to make disclosure under any law applicable to
the group
5) any person who owes a duty of confidentiality to the group

Access to Correction of Personal Data

The Customer shall, as soon as practicable, notify the Company of any change of address or any other
particulars provided to the Company which may affect the provision of the Service to the Customer,
while they have the right under the Ordinance:
– to check whether the Company holds records of their personal data
– to obtain a copy of that data
– to correct any data which is inaccurate
