Flyers are still one of the most cost-effective ways to get the word out — for a sale, an event, a new menu or a letterbox drop. We print flyers and leaflets for businesses all over Sydney’s Inner West, in short runs or by the thousand, and we turn selected jobs around the same day.
The most popular flyer sizes are A5 (148×210mm) and DL (99×210mm) for handouts and letterbox drops, A6 for something pocket-sized, and A4 when you need more room. Print single-sided for a simple notice, or double-sided when you have an offer, a map or extra detail to share — it is usually only a small step up in cost for twice the space.
Standard flyers print on 130–170gsm gloss or matt art stock — light enough to hand out in bulk, sharp enough to look the part. For a premium flyer, step up to 350gsm with a soft-touch or celloglaze finish that feels substantial in the hand.
For the cleanest result, send a print-ready PDF with 3mm bleed, CMYK colour and images at 300dpi. Keep important text a few millimetres inside the trim so nothing gets cut. If you are not sure your file is ready, upload it anyway — every flyer job gets a free artwork check, and we will flag anything that needs fixing before we print.
In Australia the two terms are used almost interchangeably. If anything, “leaflet” tends to imply a folded piece and “flyer” a single flat sheet — but the printing is the same, and we handle both.

An A5 flyer is 148 × 210mm — about half an A4 sheet and the most popular flyer size. We also print A4 (210×297mm), A6 (105×148mm) and DL (99×210mm). A5 and DL are the go-to sizes for handouts and letterbox drops.
Double-sided if you have an offer, a map, opening hours or extra detail to share — it is only a small step up in cost for twice the space. Single-sided is fine for a simple, punchy notice.

A flyer printed on heavier stock — usually 350gsm — with a matt, soft-touch or celloglaze finish. It feels more substantial and premium in the hand, which suits high-end brands, invitations and events.
We print short runs as well as large quantities. Digital printing suits smaller runs cost-effectively, while offset becomes better value at high volumes — tell us your quantity and we will recommend the best method and price.
Missing bleed, text too close to the trim, low-resolution images, artwork left in RGB, and cramming too much onto the page. Our free artwork check catches the technical ones; keep the design clean and you will avoid the rest.
