Printing (screen, DTG or DTF) suits detailed and full-colour designs and larger prints on the front or back. Embroidery gives a premium, durable finish and is ideal for a logo on the chest. Many hoodies combine an embroidered chest logo with a printed back.
You can order a single hoodie - DTG and DTF have no minimum. Screen printing and embroidery become more cost-effective from a dozen or so because of setup, so the price per hoodie drops as the quantity rises.
For a simple design in bigger numbers, screen printing is tough and economical. For detailed or photographic art, or small runs, DTG or DTF work best. For a chest logo, embroidery is hard-wearing and premium. Send your design and quantity and we will recommend one.
Yes - with DTG and DTF we lay down a white underbase so bright, full-colour designs stay vivid on black and dark garments rather than sinking into the fabric.
Printed and cured properly, a good hoodie print lasts the life of the garment. Wash inside out in cold water and avoid the tumble dryer to keep it sharp - we include care tips with every order.
Yes - we send a digital mock-up of your design on the hoodie for approval before we print, and can arrange a sample for larger runs.
